Lift up the lid of a mince pie and put brandy butter on top of the mincemeat then replace the lid and heat gently for a Christmas treat!

What you need
- Mr Kipling Mince Pies or Winter Warmers
- A dollop of brandy butter
How to make it
- Take the Mr Kipling Mince Pie and cut the top off very carefully with a knife.
- Add a dollop of brandy butter then replace the lid.
- Put the pies on a baking tray and then place in a preheated oven 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4 for 5 minutes until warmed.
Hints and tips
- Warm the mince pies then fill will a scoop of ice cream for the little ones.
