• I like to add some leftover (normally half) smoked sausage and sliced mushrooms really makes it a meal and no need for anything on the side

• I like to do this with meatballs, you can get them fairly cheap from the freezer section. Fry the meatballs lightly first then add to the mix!!

• We already do this but add chorizo sausage and hot dogs to ours for a more spicy flavour

• This is a fav of my son, sometimes I add a little extra milk and sprinkle of paxo mix before adding cheese, makes it a spicy, crusty top, even nice cold with salad..

• why not add chopped peppers sprig of garlic and mustard seeds adds a bit of zing to it
