BBQ Rarebits

For a tasty snack or light lunch idea mix together some Homepride Barbecue sauce, chopped onion and grated cheese then spread on some bread and grill until the rarebit is bubbling.
Serves 4
What you need:
- ½ can Homepride Barbecue Sauce
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- Handful grated cheddar cheese
- 4 slices bread
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Mix the Homepride Barbecue sauce with chopped onions and grated cheese
- Lightly toast the bread on one side and then spread the mixture across each untoasted side then return to a moderate grill until the topping is bubbling.
- Serve at once.
Hints and tips:
- For an extra smoky BBQ flavour add some finely chopped cooked smoked bacon.
