Tasty Bolognese Jacket potatoes

To make Tasty Jacket potatoes with Bolognese topping just fry off some minced beef and pour over some Homepride Bolognese Sauce then use to fill your jacket potatoes.
Serves 4
What you need
- 450g lean minced beef
- Homepride Bolognese Sauce
- 4 potatoes, baked
- grated cheese
- non-stick frying pan
How to make it
- Place the lean minced beef in a non-stick pan and gently fry over a moderate heat until the meat is browned.
- Drain off any excess fat and then pour over the Homepride Bolognese Sauce, cover with a lid and simmer gently for 25minutes until the mince is cooked.
- Cut the cooked potatoes then fill with the bolognese topping and top with some grated cheese.
Hints and tips
- If you prefer the cheese melted pop the serving dishes until the grill for a few seconds until the cheese is bubbling.
- For a vegetarian option use Quorn Mince and reduce the cooking time to 20 minutes. There is no need to brown the Quorn Mince just add it straight into a pan with the sauce.
