Sweet Potato Oven Baked Vegetables

I made this

For an amazing vegetable bake that the whole family will enjoy roast some sweet potatoes and then pour over a jar of Homepride Smoky Paprika Vegetable Bake, top with cheese and cook in the ovenuntil the cheese is bubbling.

Serves 4

What you need:

  • 1tbsp olive oil
  • 4 Sweet Potatoes, peeled
  • Homepride Smoky Paprika Vegetable Bake
  • grated cheese
  • roasting tin

via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/400ºF/Gas 6.
  2. Cut some sweet potatoes into wedge and toss in some olive oil.
  3. Transfer the sweet potatoes to a roasting tin and bake for 25 minutes.
  4. Remove the potatoes from the oven and pour over the Homepride Smoky Paprika Vegetable Bake and sprinkle with some grated cheese
  5. Return to the oven and cook for a further 10 minutes until the sauce is hot and the cheese has melted.

Hints and tips:

  • This recipe is also delicious with other vegetables such as pumpkin, butternut squash and parsnips.

  • Couldn't find sauce in recipe so used a tomato pasta sauce, lovely. Kids enjoyed it to. I will defo make this again
