Bird’s Custard with bananas & raisins what a tasty way to get two portions of your five a day!

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 Bananas, sliced
  • 4 heaped tbsp raisins
  • 4 portions Birds custard, made up as directed on the pack
  • 4 dessert bowls

How to make it

  1. Place one sliced banana and a heaped tablespoon of raisins into the bottom of each bowl.
  2. Pour over hot Bird’s custard and serve at once.

Hints and tips

  • Try using a variety of fruits such as peaches, rhubarb and apples.
