Break up your favourite chocolate and layer into the bottom of 4 ramekin dishes. Pour Ambrosia Rice Pudding over the chocolate and bake for 15 minutes until the rice pudding is heated through. Great for cold winter nights!

Serves 4

What you need

  • 200g chocolate
  • 1 can Ambrosia Original Devon Creamed Rice Pudding
  • 4 ramekin dishes

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4.
  2. Break up the chocolate bar and divide between 4 ramekin dishes.
  3. Pour a layer of Ambrosia Original Devon Creamed Rice Pudding over the chocolate
  4. Bake for 15 minutes or until the rice is piping hot.

Hints and tips

  • For a change to chocolate add a layer of jam or fresh fruit to the base.
  • If you prefer a crunchy topping sprinkle over some Demerara sugar and grill for a few seconds before serving.
