For an extra special stuffing, add Sausage meat and diced apple to your Paxo Stuffing mix before baking in the oven.

Serves 6

What you need

  • Paxo Sage & Onion with Apple Stuffing
  • 200g sausage Meat
  • 1 dessert apple, peeled, cored and diced
  • small baking tray

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 190°C/ 375°F/ Gas 5.
  2. Make up the Paxo Sage & Onion with Apple Stuffing as directed on the pack instructions.
  3. Add the sausage meat and diced apple to the mixture and stir well.
  4. Place the mixture into a lightly grease baking tray and bake for 35 minutes until the top is golden and crispy.

Hints and tips

  • For an extra festive stuffing try adding some fresh cranberries.
