Dice Haywards Silverkin Onions and combine with your favourite gravy then serve with Sunday roast.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 portions homemade gravy
  • 10 Haywards Silverskin Onions, diced
  • small saucepan

How to make it

  1. Place the gravy in a pan and add the Haywards Silverskin onions.
  2. Gently heat the gravy over a moderate heat until heated through.

Hints and tips

  • This gravy makes a fantastic accompaniment to sausage and mash.
