Finely dice Haywards Sweet Onions and mix into mayonnaise, add your favourite sandwich fillings for a tasty spread on sandwiches.
Serves 1
What you need
- 1 tbsp mayonnaise
- Haywards Sweet Onions, finely diced
- A portion of your favourite sandwich filling such as tuna or chicken
- 2 slices of bread
How to make it
- Place the mayonnaise in a bowl and stir in finely diced Haywards Sweet Onions.
- Spread the mayonnaise over one slice of the bread and add your choice of filling.
- Place a second slice of bread on top to complete the sandwich.

- The mayonnaise mixture also works really well as a jacket potato topping.
