Mix Haywards diced Traditional onions with grated cheese for a tasty jacket potato topping.
Serves 1
What you need
- 1 baking potato
- 2 Haywards Traditional Onions, chopped
- grated Cheese
How to make it
- Scrub potato clean and prick with a fork.
- Place the potato on a baking tray and bake in a hot oven until cooked.
- When the potato is cooked make a cut down the centre and open the potato.
- Fill the potato with chopped Haywards Traditional Onions and grated cheese then return to the oven for 5 minutes until the cheese melts.
Hints and tips
- Add tuna as a topping which tastes great with Haywards Traditional Onions.
- Try this recipe with a serving of baked beans as well.
