Drain Haywards Red Cabbage, arrange on a plate and top with diced cheddar cheese, cucumber and tomato for a quick side salad.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 tbsp Haywards Red Cabbage, drained
  • 150g cheddar cheese, diced
  • ½ cucumber, diced
  • 4 tomatoes, diced

How to make it

  1. Place the Haywards Red Cabbage into a side bowL.
  2. Top the cabbage with diced cheddar cheese, cucumber and tomato.
  3. Serve chilled.

Hints and tips

  • Try replacing cheddar cheese with feta or goat’s cheese.
  • For a crunchy topping add some toasted bread croutons.
