For a delicious tender lamb curry just add Sharwood’s Rogan Josh Cook- In Sauce to some diced lamb and slow cook adding some cherry tomatoes and fresh coriander just before the end of cooking time.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 280g lean diced lamb
  • 1 jar Sharwood’s Rogan Josh cook-in sauce
  • handful cherry tomatoes
  • bunch fresh coriander, roughly chopped
  • ovenproof casserole dish with lid

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350°F/ Gas 4
  2. Heat the olive oil in an ovenproof casserole dish then add the lamb and brown on all sides.
  3. Pour Sharwood’s Rogan Josh Cook-In sauce over the diced lamb and then cover with a lid and place in the oven and slow cook in oven for 1½ hours or until the meat is tender.
  4. Add some cherry tomatoes about 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time and mix well.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander.

Hints and tips

  • For a tasty supper idea try serving with steamed rice and cucumber raita
