Try mixing Branston Beetroot Pickle with sour cream, chopped walnuts, spring onions and potatoes for a delicious potato salad.
Serves 4
What you need
- 2 tbsp Branston Beetroot Pickle
- 6 tbsp sour cream
- 6 walnuts, chopped
- 2 spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 large cooked potatoes, diced
How to make it
- Place the Branston Beetroot Pickle and sour cream into a bowl and mix well.
- Add the walnuts, spring onions and potatoes and mix well.
Hints and tips
- For extra flavour add some cooked bacon pieces.
- Pine nuts also work very well in this recipe.
