Top small crostini with creamy goats cheese and a little Branston Beetroot Pickle to make delicious party/finger food.

Serves 6

What you need

  • goat’s cheese
  • Branston Beetroot Pickle
  • 12 mini crostini
  • handful of rocket, for garnish

How to make it

  1. Top each crostini with a piece of goat’s cheese then add a small dollop of Branston Beetroot Pickle.
  2. Serve garnished with some fresh rocket.

Hints and tips

  • For a change try using feta cheese and oatcakes.
