I made this

Give extra sizzle to your Beef stir-fry by adding a crumbled Beef Oxo Cube when browning the beef.

Serves 4

What you need:

  • 1tbsp vegetable oil
  • 500g pack beef stir-fry strips
  • 1 Beef Oxo Cube
  • 2 tbsp light soy sauce
  • 1 large pack stir-fry vegetables or your own selection of vegetables
  • Wok or large non stick frying pan

via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Heat the oil in a pan or wok and add the beef and stir-fry for 5 minutes until browned on all sides.
  2. Crumble an Oxo Beef stock cube over the meat and stir-fry for a further 3 minutes.
  3. Add the stir-fry vegetables and soy sauce then continue to stir-fry for a further 5 minutes until the vegetables are just tender.

Hints and tips:

  • Serve with steamed rice or noodles.
