Goats Cheese and Pickle Canapes

Bake some small vol-au-vent cases then add some Branston Small Chunk Pickle and top with creamy goats cheese. Finish in the oven to melt the cheese and serve warm as a canapé.

What you need
- 1 pack small frozen vol au vent cases
- Jar Branston Small Chunk Pickle
- 150g goat’s cheese, cut into small cubes
- baking tray
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 200ºC / 400ºF/ Gas Mark 6
- Cook the vol au vent cases as directed on the pack instructions.
- Place a teaspoonful of Branston Small Chunk Pickle in the centre of each case, ensuring that the pickle does not spill out then top with a cube of goat’s cheese.
- Return the canapés to the oven for 6-8 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
