For a great way to use up any Christmas leftovers add Homepride White Lasagne Sauce to cooked Brussels sprouts, top with grated cheese and bake for a creamy casserole dish.

Serves 4

What you need

  • Brussels sprouts, cooked
  • Homepride White Lasagne Sauce
  • handful grated cheese
  • casserole dish

How to make it

  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC/350ºF/gas mark 4.
  2. Place the cooked sprouts into a casserole dish.
  3. Pour the Homepride White Lasagne Sauce over the sprouts then top with some grated cheese.
  4. Bake for 15 – 20 minutes until piping hot and bubbling.

Hints and tips

  • For a crunchy crust try adding a layer of breadcrumbs.
  • Try adding other cooked vegetables such as carrots, broccoli and peas for added colour and flavour.
