Add some caramelised onions and Sharwood’s Mango Chutney to cooked Brussels sprouts for a tangy twist.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion, thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp of Sharwood’s Mango Chutney
  • cooked Brussels sprouts
  • non-stick frying pan

How to make it

  1. Heat the oil in a pan then add the sliced onions and gently sauté for 10 minutes until the onion turns a golden caramel colour.
  2. Add the Sharwood’s Mango Chutney and mix well.
  3. Finally add the Brussels sprouts to the pan and gently heat through ensuring that the sprouts are hot and well coated in the tangy sauce.

Hints and tips

  • For an even fruitier twist try adding small chunk pineapple cubes and warm through.
