A wonderful and healthy idea for any occasion or just when you want a treat just make up a Hartley’s Sugar free Jelly and add some raspberries and strawberries then leave to set.

Serves 5

What you need

  • cup of raspberries
  • cup of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 Hartley’s Sugar Free Jelly (any flavour you like)
  • large jelly mould

How to make it

  1. Place the fruit into the base of the jelly mould.
  2. Make up the Hartley’s jelly in a jug according to the pack instructions then pour the mixture over the fruit.
  3. Transfer the jelly to the fridge and chill until set.

Hints and tips

  • Try making the jelly up with lemonade for an extra fizzy jelly.
  • Serve the jelly on its own or with cream or natural yogurt.
