To make a quick and easy trifle just top crushed biscuits with Ambrosia Devon Custard then pour over a layer of melted chocolate, leave to set in the fridge and fisnish off with chocolate curls.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 digestive biscuits, crushed
  • Ambrosia Devon Custard
  • 1 large bar of milk chocolate, melted
  • chocolate curls
  • 4 dessert dishes

How to make it

  1. Divide the crushed biscuits between the four dishes and then cover with a generous helping of custard.
  2. Pour the melted chocolate over the custard ensuring that it is completely covered.
  3. Transfer the dessert to the fridge and chill until the chocolate has set.
  4. To serve sprinkle over the chocolate curls.

Hints and tips

  • You can place the ingredients in the dish in any order you like.
  • For an extra indulgent topping decorate with whipped cream on the top.
