Vodka jelly shots for an adult buffet or Girl’s night in are so easy to prepare by adding some vodka to Hartley’s Jelly before setting along with a few fresh raspberries.

Serves 10

What you need

  • 1 Hartley’s Raspberry Jelly Tablet
  • 200ml vodka
  • fresh raspberries
  • shot glasses

How to make it

  1. Make up the Hartley’s Jelly according to the pack instructions but when adding the cold water replace 200ml with vodka.
  2. Place a couple of raspberries into the bottom of each shot glass and then fill the glass with jelly.
  3. Transfer the jellies to the fridge to set.

Hints and tips

  • Try using different jelly flavours such as lemon or lime.
