For a delicious quick fix dessert warm a Cadbury Mini Roll in the microwave for 10 seconds (750W), allow to stand for 30 seconds then add lashings of warm custard.

Serves 1

What you need

  • 1 Cadbury Mini Roll
  • custard

How to make it

  1. Take a Cadbury Mini Roll and slice in half lengthways and place in a microwave proof bowl.
  2. Place the plate into the microwave for 10 seconds at 750W, until nice and gooey. Allow to stand for the 30 seconds.
  3. Meanwhile warm some custard and serve poured over the mini roll.

Hints and tips

  • Try adding some fresh fruit such as strawberries or raspberries.
  • Also really tasty served with a scoop of ice cream.
