Children's Delight

This is a dessert that all members of the family will enjoy regardless of their age and it is created by layering sponge, fruit, jelly and Angel Delight then to complete just add some whipped cream and chocolate flakes.
Serves 6
What you need:
- plain sponge or sponge fingers
- fresh strawberries, sliced
- strawberry Jelly
- 1 Strawberry Angel Delight Sachet
- 300ml cold milk
- double cream, whipped
- crushed chocolate flake
- large dessert bowl
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Line a dessert dish with the sponge and cover with a layer of strawberries.
- Make up the jelly as directed on the pack instructions and pour over the fruit then transfer to the fridge until set.
- Make up the Angel Delight with 300ml of cold milk as directed on the sachet instructions.
- Pour the Angel Delight over the jelly and leave in the fridge to chill for at least 10 minutes.
- Just before serving top with whipped cream and crushed chocolate flake.
Hints and tips:
- Try using different combinations of fruit, jelly and Angel Delight such as orange jelly, mandarin oranges and Chocolate Angel Delight.
