Make up a Hartley’s Pineapple Jelly add some coconut and when set top with chopped banana and ice cream for a simple but delicious dessert.

Serves 4

What you need

  • Hartley Pineapple Jelly Tablet
  • 100g desiccated coconut
  • 2 large bananas, sliced
  • 4 scoops ice cream
  • 4 glasses

How to make it

  1. Make up the jelly in a jug as directed on the pack and leave to cool slightly.
  2. Add the desiccated coconut stir well.
  3. Divide the jelly between the four glasses and transfer to the fridge until set.
  4. Serve with sliced banana and a scoop of ice cream.

Hints and tips

  • For a healthier version of this recipe use Hartley’s sugar free jelly and some low fat ice cream.
