When making Chocolate Truffles add a spoonful of Frank Cooper’s Fine Cut Marmalade to give them a delicious orangey twist and maybe add a splash of Cointreau for an extra kick.
Serves 10
What you need
- 1 quantity truffle mixture
- 1 tbsp Frank Cooper’s Fine Cut Orange Marmalade
- Cointreau
- chopped nuts or chocolate sprinkles
How to make it
- Add a tablespoon of Marmalade and splash of Cointreau to the plain truffle mixture and mix well.
- Mould into bite sized balls and roll in chopped nuts or chocolate sprinkles.
