I made this

This a is a fantastically easy way to make truffles with no need for baking just add raisins and orange marmalade to some crumbed Mr Kipling Chocolate Slices, roll into balls and coat in chocolate.

Serves 10

What you need:

  • 6 Mr Kipling Chocolate Slices
  • 25g raisins
  • 2 tbsp orange marmalade
  • melted chocolate
  • greaseproof paper

via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Place the chocolate slices into a large bowl and break into small pieces using a fork.
  2. Add the raisins and orange marmalade and mix well.
  3. Wet your hands and place a dessert spoonful of mixture in the palm of your hand and roll into a small ball. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
  4. Dip the truffles in melted chocolate and then transfer onto greaseproof paper until set.

Hints and tips:

  • For a really professional look try placing in petit fours cases.
