Ham and citrus flavours go very well together so just spread Frank Cooper’s Fine Cut orange marmalade over a crostini then top with ham for a perfect canapé idea.
Serves 10
What you need
- 2 tbsp Frank Cooper’s Fine Cut Orange marmalade
- 1 pack crostini or your own home-made recipe
- 150g good quality roast ham, chopped
How to make it
- Spread a thin layer of marmalade over each crostini then top with some ham.
- Arrange on a plate and serve.
Hints and tips
- For a change try using smoked ham.
- Serve on a bed of fresh rocket.
