Lemon and Orange Custard Tart

I made this

For a delicious custard tart just fill a ready-made pastry case with Ambrosia Devon custard, a layer of lemon curd and some mandarin orange segments.

Serves 6

What you need:

  • 4 tbsp lemon curd
  • 1 can Ambrosia Devon Custard
  • 1 sweet pastry case, shop bought or home-made
  • 200g can mandarin oranges, drained

via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Spread the lemon curd over the base of the flan case.
  2. In a bowl mix together the custard and madarin oranges then pour over the pastry case.
  3. Chill in the fridge for an hour before serving

Hints and tips:

  • Serve decorated with swirls of cream and some extra mandarin oranges.
