For an easy pasta bake, fry chopped sausages until cooked, add the Batchelors Pasta n Sauce and cook as directed, add to an oven proof dish, top with cheese and grill until golden.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 sausages, chopped
  • 1 Sachet of Batchelors Cheese, Leek and Ham Pasta n Sauce
  • 50g grated cheese
  • ovenproof dish

How to make it

  1. Fry the chopped sausages in a sauce pan until cooked, drain off any excess fat.
  2. Add the Batchelors Pasta n Sauce and cook as directed
  3. Transfer the mixture to an oven proof dish, top with cheese and grill until golden.

Hints and tips

  • Mix 50g of fresh breadcrumbs with the cheese for an alternative tasty topping.
  • Serve with seasonal vegetables or a crisp green salad.
