Spicy Chicken Kebabs

For a quick and easy twist on chicken kebabs the whole family will love try marinating some chicken fillet strips in a Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli and marmalade, then grill for a delicious supper idea.
Serves 4
What you need:
- 2 tbsp Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
- 1 tbsp orange marmalade
- 300g chicken fillet strips
- skewers
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- In a bowl mix together the Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli Sauce and marmalade.
- Place the chicken into the bowl with the marinade, stirring well to ensure that the chicken is coated. Cover and transfer to the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Thread the chicken onto skewers and cook under a moderate grill for about 8 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through and piping hot.
Hints and tips:
- Soaking the skewers in water first will stop them burning.
- For a delicious supper idea try serving with savoury rice and a crisp green salad.
