Marmalade and Halloumi Burger

Give a twist to your burger by topping with a slice of grilled haloumi cheese and a dollop of Robertson’s Golden Shred marmalade.
Serves 4
What you need
- 4 slices halloumi cheese
- 4 tsp Robertson’s Golden Shred marmalade
- 4 burgers, grilled
- 4 seeded rolls
How to make it
- Add a slice of halloumi cheese to each burger then top with a teaspoonful of Robertson’s Golden shred marmalade.
- Grill for a bout 30 seconds under a moderate grill until the cheese and marmalade is bubbling.
- Place the burger in a seeded roll to serve.
Hints and tips
- Grilled halloumi cheese and Robertson’s Golden Shred marmalade also tastes fantastic when added to a rocket salad and served with citrus vinaigrette.
