Quick Chocolate and Orange Cheesecake

For that perfect sweet finish whisk a couple of spoonful’s of Robertson’s Golden Shredless marmalade with Chocolate Custard and mascarpone cheese then pour into glasses over crushed biscuits.
Serves 6
What you need
- 4-6 chocolate digestive biscuits, crushed
- 2 tbsp Robertson’s Golden Shredless marmalade
- 1 carton chocolate custard
- 1 × 250g tub mascarpone cheese
- 6 glasses
How to make it
- Divide the crushed biscuits between the glasses and press down very lightly with the back of a spoon.
- Gently whisk together the Robertson’s Golden Shredless marmalade, chocolate custard and mascarpone cheese then pour over the crushed biscuits.
- Decorate with some orange zest and chill before serving.
