Quick Chocolate and Orange Cheesecake

For that perfect sweet finish whisk a couple of spoonful’s of marmalade with Ambrosia Chocolate Custard and mascarpone then pour into glasses over crushed biscuits.
Serves 4
What you need:
- 4 chocolate digestive biscuits, crushed
- 2 tbsp marmalade
- 4 × 150g pots Ambrosia Chocolate Custard
- 1 × 250g tub mascarpone
- 4 glasses
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Divide the crushed biscuits between the glasses and press down very lightly with the back of a spoon.
- Gently whisk together the marmalade, Ambrosia Chocolate Custard and mascarpone then pour over the crushed biscuits.
- Decorate with some orange zest and chill before serving.
Hints and tips:
- Try using ginger biscuits for a change.
