Mascarpone and Marmalade Ice Cream

To create a delicious ice cream dessert that’s very simple just mix together a couple of spoonful’s of Golden Shred marmalade, mascarpone cheese and fresh custard then pour into a shallow dish and freeze until set.
Serves 4
What you need
- 2 tbsp Robertson’s Golden Shred marmalade
- 1 tub mascarpone cheese
- 1 tub fresh custard
- shallow freezer proof box with lid
How to make it
- In a bowl mix together the Robertson’s Golden Shred marmalade, mascarpone cheese and custard.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow box, cover with a lid then transfer to the freezer until set.
- Remove from the freezer and leave to stand for 5 minutes before serving.
Hints and tips
- To serve try a sprinkle of orange zest and chocolate shavings.
- To prevent ice crystals from forming remove the ice cream from the freezer a couple of times and stir the mixture before returning to the freezer.
