Glaze pork chops by brushing them with Robertson’s Golden Shredless marmalade just before serving.
Serves 4
What you need
- 4 thick cut pork chops
- 3 tbsp Robertson’s Golden Shredless marmalade
- Salt and ground black pepper
How to make it
- Season the chops with salt and black pepper then place on a grill pan and cook under a hot grill for a about 4 minutes each side.
- Remove from the grill then spread a little Robertson’s Golden Shredless marmalade on top of each pork chop and return to the grill for a further minute until the glaze is bubbling.
- Leave to rest for about 5 minutes before serving.
Hints and tips
- Serve with some mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.
- Marmalade works really well as a glaze on most meats especially pork, chicken and duck.
