Orange Glazed Pork Chops

I made this

Glaze pork chops by brushing them with orange zest and juice and Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli Sauce before grilling.

Serves 4

What you need:

  • zest and juice of a medium orange
  • 4 tbsp Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 4 thick cut pork chops

via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Preheat the grill to a moderate heat.
  2. Mix together the zest and juice of an orange with Sharwood’s Sweet Chilli Sauce.
  3. Brush the marinade over the chops then cook under the grill until cooked as directed on the pack. Baste the chops with the glaze throughout the cooking time.

Hints and tips:

  • Serve with some mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables.

  • ive just had this for my dinner, i must say it wasnt as good as i was expecting, i had to cook the chops longer than the time recommended, and even then they werent cooked completely, was very disapointed.
