Mix a couple of spoonfuls of Golden Shredless marmalade into caramel sauce to give it a delicious orange twist.

Serves 6

What you need

  • 200g caramel sauce, shop bought or home-made
  • 2 tbsp Robertson’s Golden Shredless marmalade

How to make it

  1. Place some caramel sauce into a mixing bowl then stir in Robertson’s Golden Shredless marmalade.
  2. Serve hot or cold.

Hints and tips

  • Great with ice-cream or pancakes.
  • A delicious topping for sticky toffee pudding or banoffee pie.
