Chocolate and Peanut butter crispy cakes are a twist an old favourite and are so easy to make just add puffed rice breakfast cereal to some melted chocolate with a spoonful of Sun-Pat Crunchy Peanut Butter. Place the mixture into cake cases and chill before serving.

Serves 10

What you need

  • 200g milk chocolate, melted
  • 2 tbsp Sun-Pat crunchy peanut butter
  • 1 cup of puffed rice breakfast cereal
  • cake cases

How to make it

  1. Add the Sun-Pat peanut butter to a bowl of melted chocolate and stir well.
  2. Add the puffed rice breakfast cereal and mix well until the cereal is coated in the chocolate mixture.
  3. Place into cake cases and set in the fridge.

Hints and tips

  • You can also add raisins or chopped cherries to the mixture.
  • This recipe is also delicious made with cornflakes.
