Quick Chocolate and Peanut Butter Sauce

Melt some chocolate then stir through a spoonful of Sun-Pat peanut butter for quick and easy sauce that is great poured over ice-cream.
Serves 6
What you need
- 1 200g bar chocolate, melted
- 1-2 tbsp Sun-Pat smooth peanut butter
How to make it
- Add the Sun-Pat peanut butter to the melted chocolate and stir well until combined.
- Scoop some ice-cream into serving dishes and then pour over the sauce.
- Serve at once.
Hints and tips
- The bowls can be returned to the freezer before serving and the chocolate sets to make a great crunchy topping.
- Serve the ice-cream with fruit and chopped nuts to make a delicious sundae.
