Peanut Butter and Banana Smoothie

For a perfect peanut butter and banana smoothie blend together milk, Sun-Pat peanut butter, honey and banana then serve chilled in long glasses.
Serves 4
What you need
- 550ml cold milk
- 2 tbsp Sun-Pat peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
- 1 tbsp runny honey
- 4 small bananas, roughly chopped
- blender
- 4 glasses
How to make it
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until smooth.
- Pour into four glasses and serve chilled.
Hints and tips
- As a treat try replacing the honey with a drizzle of Maple syrup.
