Peanut Butter and Oat Crumble

Add some Oats and Sun-Pat peanut butter to your favourite crumble recipe for a nutty twist on crumble topping.
Serves 4
What you need
- 1 pkt crumble mix or your own homemade crumble
- 2 tbsp porridge oats
- 2 tbsp Sun-pat crunchy peanut butter
- fruit of your choice
- pie dish
How to make it
- Place the crumble mix in a bowl and then stir through the oats.
- Add the Sun-Pat peanut butter and gently rub in with your fingertips.
- Place fruit of your choice in a pie dish and then top with the crumble mixture and bake in a preheated oven 180ºC/350ºF/Gas 4 for about 25 minutes and the topping is golden.
Hints and tips
- Try experimenting with lots of fruits and flavours such as rhubarb and ginger, apple and cinnamon or peach and mixed spice.
- This recipe is delicious served hot with a portion of ice-cream.
