Spicy Peanut Sauce

Blend together some Sun-Pat peanut butter, soy sauce, crushed garlic, fresh ginger, chilli and honey then use to marinade chicken meat or fish for a delicious and simple spicy peanut sauce.
Serves 4
What you need
- 3 tbsp Sun-Pat peanut butter
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tbsp freshly chopped ginger
- 1 red chilli, de-seeded and chopped
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- mini or stick blender
How to make it
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender and blend for about 30 seconds or until the sauce is smooth.
- Pour the sauce over chicken, meat or fish and leave to marinade before cooking.

- Make a tasty Stir-fry using this sauce, a pack of stir-fry vegetables and some cooked noodles.
