Peanut and Chilli Dip

If you are entertaining try making a quick and easy peanut and chilli dip by blending together Sun-Pat peanut butter, Greek yogurt, Tabasco sauce and fresh coriander then serve with tortilla chips or vegetable sticks.
Serves 6
What you need
- 2 tbsp Sun-Pat peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
- 200g Greek yogurt
- dash Tabasco sauce
- bunch fresh coriander, roughly chopped
- blender
How to make it
- Place all of the ingredients into a blender and blend for a few seconds until smooth.
- Transfer to a bowl and serve with some tortilla chips or some fresh vegetable sticks.

- This tasty dip can also be served as an accompaniment to roast chicken or is great as a salad dressing.
