A twist on a trifle with a chocolate mini roll base topped with cherry pie filling, Chocolate Angel Delight, whipped cream and finished off with chcolate flake.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 4 chocolate mini Rolls
  • ½ a can of cherry pie filling
  • Chocolate Angel Delight
  • 300ml cold milk
  • whipped cream
  • chocolate flake
  • trifle dish

How to make it

  1. Cut up the chocolate mini rolls and place in the bottom of a trifle dish.
  2. Empty half a tin of cherry pie filling on top.
  3. Then make up a sachet of Chocolate Angel Delight as directed on the pack with milk and pour on top then transfer to the fridge for 10 minutes to chill.
  4. Before serving decorate with whipped cream and crumbled chocolate flake.

Hints and tips

  • Replace the Cherry Pie filling with summer fruits or even fresh raspberries.
