Cinnamon Custard

Add cinnamon sticks whilst heating your Bird’s Custard for a fantastic flavour twist.
Serves 4
What you need:
- Bird’s Custard Powder
- milk
- sugar
- 1 cinnamon stick
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Make up the Bird’s Custard Powder as directed, adding the cinnamon stick whilst heating up the milk.
- Remove the cinnamon stick prior to serving.
Hints and tips:
- If you don’t have any cinnamon sticks, add ? a teaspoon of dried ground cinnamon to the custard after cooking.
- Add a vanilla pod to produce a delicious vanilla custard.
