Chocolate Dream Pots

For a dinner party idea just add some fresh raspberries to Chocolate Angel Delight served in individual glasses and top with crushed biscuits, crème fraîche and chocolate dipped strawberries then complete this delicious dessert with a light dusting of cocoa powder.
Serves 4
What you need:
- 1 pkt Chocolate Angel Delight
- 300 ml cold skimmed milk
- 50g raspberries or chopped red berries
- 2 amaretto or ginger biscuits, crushed
- 4 tbsp crème fraîche
- 4 strawberries with stalks
- 25g white chocolate, melted
- cocoa powder for dusting
- 4 biscuits to serve
- 4 small straight sided glasses
via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado
How to make it:
- Make up a packet of Angel Delight using skimmed milk as directed on the pack instructions then divide between four glasses.
- Stir in chopped red berries of your choice just before the Angel Delight becomes too firm then transfer to the fridge to chill.
- Just before serving sprinkle over a layer of crushed amaretti or ginger biscuits.
- To decorate top with a spoonful of crème fraîche and a whole strawberry dipped in melted white chocolate then dust with cocoa powder and serve on a small plate with an amaretto or ginger biscuit.
Hints and tips:
- To make it more decadent just drizzle a teaspoonful of amaretto liquer over the biscuit layer and use vanilla ice cream instead.
