Sausages mixed with baked beans and baked. A simple, tasty, cheap meal that children love.

Serves 4

What you need

  • 1 pack of 8 pork sausages.
  • 1 tin of Branston baked beans
  • small sliced onion
  • 1 cooking apple (optional)

How to make it

  1. Skin the uncooked sausages and then mash them. Mix with baked beans, sliced onion and chopped apple. Place in a baking tray and bake at 190 until golden brown.

Hints and tips

  • Mushrooms can also be added.
  • Serve as a main meal with vegetables or with a salad or with chips.
