For a sandwich with a difference make it up with cooked
chicken,Sharwood’s Mango Chutney, peanut butter and iceburg lettuce.

Serves 2

What you need

  • 4 slices of bread
  • butter or spread
  • 1 cooked cold chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 tbsp Sharwood’s Mango Chutney
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter, I prefer to use crunchy
  • a few leaves of iceburg lettuce, shredded

How to make it

  1. Butter the bread.
  2. Spread 2 slices of bread with Sharwood’s Mango Chutney and the other 2 slices with peanut butter.
  3. Place sliced chicken onto the mango chutney then top with lettuce.
  4. Place the peanut buttered slice on top. Cut and eat!

Hints and tips

  • Try serving on warm tortilla wraps for a change.
