Yummy dessert made in minutes by placing slices of Swiss roll into the base of a dessert bowl then top with Angel Delight of your choice. Try decorating with any fruit you like.

Serves 6

What you need

  • 1 Swiss roll, any flavour
  • 1 sachet Angel Delight, any flavour
  • 300ml cold milk
  • 1 large dessert bowl

How to make it

  1. Place thin slices of the Swiss roll at the bottom of the dessert bowl.
  2. Make up the Angel Delight with milk as directed on the pack instructions.
  3. Pour the Angel Delight over the swiss roll then transfer to the fridge to chill for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Hints and tips

  • Decorate with fruit or chocolate to make it look even more yummy.
