Chocolatey Custard

I made this

Blend a spoonful of cocoa powder into your Bird’s Custard Powder for delicious homemade chocolate custard.

Serves 4

What you need:

  • Bird’s Custard Powder
  • 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder
  • sugar
  • milk
  • 4 dessert bowls

via Asda, Sainsbury's,
Tesco and Ocado

How to make it:

  1. Make up 4 portions of Bird’s Custard as directed on the pack, adding the cocoa to the Bird’s Custard Powder prior to making a paste.
  2. Pour into dessert bowls and serve hot or cold.

Hints and tips:

  • Serve the chocolate custard with sliced bananas for a quick and easy dessert idea.
  • Pour the chocolate custard over wedges of chocolate fudge cake for a deliciously indulgent dessert.
