Chicken and Broccoli Pasta Bake

A speedy supper dish can be ready in minutes by heating some condensed soup then add an Oxo Chicken Cube, cooked pasta, broccoli and cooked chicken. Top it off with some grated cheese and crushed crisps and bake under the grill until crispy.
Serves 4
What you need
- 1 can condensed mushroom soup
- 1 can condensed chicken soup
- 1 Oxo Chicken Cube
- pasta spiral, cooked as directed
- 200g broccoli florets, cooked
- 200g cooked chicken, cut into cubes
- 50g grated cheddar cheese
- 1 pkt plain crisps, crushed
- ovenproof dish
How to make it
- In a pan gently heat the 2 soups and crumble over an Oxo Chicken Cube and mix well.
- Add the cooked pasta, broccoli florets and cooked chicken and heat through until piping hot.
- Transfer the mixture to an ovenproof dish then top with the grated cheese and crushed crisps.
- Place under a hot grill for a few minutes until the cheese has melted and the crisps are golden.
Hints and tips
- Try adding some canned sweetcorn for extra colour and flavour.
- Sliced tomatoes make a great alternative topping idea.
