For a fruity creamy pudding that looks great and only takes a few minutes to make just fill a ready-made sponge flan case with Angel Delight and top with fresh fruit.

Serves 8

What you need

  • large sponge flan case, shop bought
  • Angel Delight, any flavour
  • 300ml cold milk
  • fresh or canned fruit
  • large serving plate

How to make it

  1. Put the large flan case onto a serving plate.
  2. Make up the Angel Delight as directed on the pack instructions.
  3. Pour the Angel Delight into the sponge and transfer to the fridge to chill.
  4. Decorate with the fruit of your choice before serving.

Hints and tips

  • Butterscotch Angel Delight with bananas always works well.
